Return and Refund Policy
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is proved to be defective/damaged or if you have received the wrong item, we will send a new item to replace the defective or wrong item. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product. Otherwise, the replacement will be voided.

Exchanges
If you wish for an exchange of item in case you wanted another item instead, the buyer will shoulder the return and shipment of the new item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If you prefer to receive a refund instead of the replacement, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days.
